rhis is my spec:
A64 3000+ Winchester
Asus A8N-SLi
1 GB Kingston value ram
Cooler Master Vortex TC CPU cooler
GeForce 6200TC

i overclocked my CPU to 9 x 215, setting my VCore to 1.45V, it is stable.
but when i overclocked to 9 x 220, VCore 1.55V, i cant get into windows.
it says, file missing or corrupt - windows\system32\config\system
may i know wat's the problem?

Overclocking induced errors...
could either be your ram or your CPU
If you haven't read Zebo's overclocking guide, check it out.

i lowered my HTT to 4 x 220, cpu multiplier as default 9. but still cant log into windows.
but i don't know how to set the mem divider in my mobo.
anyone can help?

i think my mobo don't have a mem divider, there's no fsb/dram ration
there's only max mem clock, then mem timings.
i cant change the fsb/dram ration, is it my mobo locked the mem speed?

in my bios only have:
DRam config: - max memclock, mem timings
CPU frequency, DDR Voltage, CPU multiplier, CPU Voltage
HTT frequency: 1x - 5x

i tried lowered my cpu multiplier to 6x, maintain my htt frequency at 5x, then increased my cpu frequency. i can only get to 217 MHz.
wat can i do now?

That's the very first release...update your bios to the latest version (1011) then try again.

i updated my bios oledi. but there's still no mem divider, i only can choose 200, 333, 400, 533 etc.
is this considered as mem divider? or my mobo automatically help me to set my mem clock?

You should first read the following article...

Memory dividers

Max Mem clock is the divider... Set max mem clock to 166 or 133...

Just leave mem timing on auto... Oh, and read the OC guide...

that is exactly what happened to me (twice) when i didnt set my pci lock. and a 20 mhz increase is usually where the hard drive gets corrupted. make sure you set it. this also could concern memory too.

i know the ratio, eg: fsb is 250, ram is 200, then the ratio is 5:4
but using the max mem clock, how to calculate?
now i'm using fsb 225, then i set the mem clock to 166. how to calculate this?
