I posted this in the technical support forum, but I didn't get any responses.
I'm trying to upgrade my BIOS to the new F8 BIOS for my Giga-byte 7VRXP. I followed there directions by making a boot disk (in this case I used a CDRW) and then telling my BIOS to boot off of the CDRW. The problem is that even after I told my BIOS to boot off of the CDRW, it still boots into windows and I can't upgrade my BIOS. I have Windows XP Professional. Should I be doing it some other way then the directions say on Giga-byte's site?
