NEED HELP UNLOCKING MULTIPLIER ON Plll 1000 MHz PROCESSOR PLEASE

Can I unlock the multiplier on a Plll 1000 MHZ processor. If so, how?

Maybe the same way it can be done on an AMD processor with a lead pencil of a conductive pencil?

Any thoughts or instructions would be appreciated.

Also, if I can't unlock the multiplier; how specifically do I set the freq settings in the BIOS for fsb, sdram and PCI to OC

Thanks

Wade

Nope.

Not gonna happen.

Sorry.

As for overclocking by FSB, it depends on the BIOS. There should be a place set processor frequency, just set it to user defined & crank the FSB up. You won't get very far overclocking a P3 1000, though, you'll be lucky to hit much higher than 1050 without extreme cooling.

I see ppl with P3 1ghz at 1200+mhz. Rare, but 1100mhz isn't too rare. These ppl are using P3V4X's + asus slocket, using the cC0 P3 1ghz.

So I dunno about any of the other boards.
