Need help understanding RAM numbers such as 3-4-4-8 to input in motherboard

Now, I'm trying to get more out of the RAM but I really don't understand how...I'm really new to the whole overclocking scene. I have a CFX-3200 motherboard. Here is a picture of the screen I am at: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/a.leach80/...00%20bios%20settings/DRAM%20config.JPG Those websites have some information about the RAM, but I don't know how to get those numbers to the motherboard. Could someone please explain what those numbers mean so I can set the motherboard up properly? Thanks
