Need help! Trying to remember name of old arcade game...

Okay, I don't remember too much about it, but it's unique enough that someone has to remember it.

There was a game that came out in probably the late 80s, early 90s, and it was based on a cartoon (can't remember the cartoon), which was set in medieval times. The game was "3-D" in the sense that it projected an image onto this black screen. You had to essentially peer into this black area to play the game. If I remember correctly, the game was housed in a huge white dome-like structure. Hah, it was also really expensive to play.

Does anyone remember this or have any idea what I'm talking about? It was such a crazy looking game at the time. I have to figure this out!

I know what you're talking about, but I never did look at the name on it as the game itself didn't look like it'd be fun to play.

I don't remember it being in a dome 3-D, the ones I saw were just basically like a cartoon playing on a tv screen in a cabinet but that was a long long time ago.

Yeah, I am having a hard time finding this on the internet. I don't know if it was like a unique system or what. I saw it at the Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks, CA - there used to be a sweet video game store there (where you could try out games and stuff at TV screens). This was literally over 15 years ago.

It was definitely a projected image, and being like 10 or 11, I don't remember too much. It was also low to the ground, in that I remember older guys having to bend over to see the image displayed.

If anyone has any info, please let me know! This has been bugging me for the longest time.

Then it wasn't Dragons Lair. It was a 2D Animated game. I think I know what you are talking about but it wasn't based on a Cartoon and was Real Chessy and Expensive.

That game was so hard to play for me but damn it looked so freakin cool with the 3-d people and graphics.

Keep in mind though it was at the arcade not the PS2 and you didnt have to wear any glasses for it to look "3-D".
It took a lot of my money as a teen along with, Dragons Lair, Asteriods, Lunar Lander, and many pinball games.
