I d/loaded drdos flash and made a bootup disk. When it boots into DOS, I cannpt access my C drive???? it says Invalid Drive specified. No D or E either.
BTW the new bios and amiflash are on C, and the boot disk was made on a totally different machine per instructions..
This is with an ECS mobo and using Win2K.

help?

The amiflash utility and the .bin file(new bios) should be on the start up floppy disk you made(which ideally should be made on the computer needing\getting the flash).........

Got it. Thanks. I'm not sure why the FAQ say to put it on your hard drive or a cdrom??? this way seems easier to me.

also make sure it is a good floppy that has been formatted. i made the mistake of useing a bad floppy once and it messed up my bios flash.
