Need Help to identify a motherboard!

My friend gave me an old motherboard and it does not say what manufacture!!

I was look around every spot of the motherboard and all I can find is it's serial number: 637058107635
and the CPU is slot 1 80522PX266512 SL2HC
98280629-0325 MALAY
There were NO print of who is the manufacture!

I turn on the computer and it provide the following information:
Award: PCI/PNP686 S/N120628503 1998

Please, help me identify which manufacture this motherboard and where can I find the manual for it.

You have a Shuttle Hot-637 board. LX based chipset. A good performer in it's day. Not much upgradibilty though.

CAn I put in a PIII 700MHZ CPU to this motherboard without damage the motherboard and/or CPU? Is there a way I can do that?

I don't think that's going to happen.

Use it for something else, like running a server, a firewall, testing networking, or running linux.

LX chipset = 66mhz FSB only. If it has jumpers or bios FSB settings, maybe you can try to overclock the chip that way. I seriously doubt it will be very useful for anything other than web surfing, office and school work, or something for a younger kid. 233mhz is just so damn slow these days!

It will take at least a 533 Celeron and possibly up to a 733 Celeron 2.

All run at 66mhz. The Celeron 2 is a doubtful prospect as only a few manfacturers developed a BIOS for the LX chipset that allowed it.

I download the manual for a Shuttle Hot-637 board. LX based chipset. It say V22 on the motherboard (version 22?)
The motherboard layout is a little bit <b>different</b> than the one I have. Like there is no JP35 pins set on the motherboard which is for System Clock configuration but it does have JP37 which is multiplier. I set it up to 4.5 Multiplier which is 300MHZ instead of 233 or 266. I reboot the system and it seems to be ok. Do you recommended I do this or is it OK to overlock?

How can I find out the exact manual for this motherboard?

Most 233 to 266 Pentium chips will OC with just a. If it freezes it is too much but you should be fine. V22 is probably the version..

Look around for a 500 or 533 Celeron. They go for about $25. You'll need a slotket, fab and heatsink. Practically any will do as those chips stay pretty cool....until then...

The AGP video slot does not work, does anyone know why?

I tried few different KNOWN good AGP cards but the terminal just didn't get the signal! (I even tried two different terminals)
I put in a PCI video card and use the PCI card and the terminal got the signal and be able to startup window ME.
I check the manual and the BIO setup and did not see anything said use AGP or PCI? (or did I miss something else?)

Please, help!
