why I choose my components:
I build before intel based pc but now to try amd,
I choose MSI because it's the best for amd, and I have the memory, ssd
bad thing I didn't find new micro atx msi so I choose atx.
I choose fanless saphire graphic card because they say it's best for amd but also good to have graphic card brand as the motherboard (msi).
the case because I like small cases.
the power supply full modular from the good seasonic but maybe I just need 450 watts at most for future.
then choose Tp link adapter for wifi.
I didn't know about iogear before but the keyboard has good reviews.
then mouse from anker, good price with good quality.

my usaage and habits:
usually, I open many firefox tabs and many programs, I use virtual machines 2 or 3 usually not in the same time. I watch weekly online stream with hd quality or less on my 40 inch tv using KODI, sopcast or ace stream, its usually european soccer like prem, budnesliga.
I don't type alot but just some words in google then open many links so the keyboard suitable to me.I don't play games but maybe maybe like fifa or pes but i'm not sure, no overclocking at least in near future,

I have specific questions:
which perfect graphic card for my build from msi or saphire, fanless or with fan?
is the case will accept my components like graphic card and powersupply? whats about heat?
I don't feel I don't need 520 watts so if there is full modular with 450 watts its better but from good brand (quality), please tell me.

another thing, there is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ..._re=TP-LINK_TL-WDR3600-_-33-704-144-_-Product
tp link 3600 its good but do you suggest cheaper one with good range and so good with openwrt, dd-wrt, tomato and still good quality.

finally, do you have any suggestions or tips to improve my building.

notice: I have trouble with my internet connection these days so maybe i couldn't read you replay immediately,

thank you in advance and I wish I didn't bother you with my questions.

If you insist on AMD I'd aim for a FM2+ part. It has fewer cores, but better onboard graphics; enough to handle a H.265 stream or your soccer games, at least fairly well. It also allows for a mATX motherboard, which allows for a mATX case.

I also made several other changes, including a bigger SSD for those VMs.

I think you're missing the point of the A10-7800. It has onboard graphics better than the 5450 you listed in your post. Plus 4 cores (2 modules) that are faster than the FX-6300 at stock (same MHz, better IPC). All in a 65W package, so it shouldn't be too noisy or hot. All of this also allows for a smaller case, which you said you wanted.

But if you insist on getting the big, hot processor in the big case, maybe get a GTX 950 for the H.265/HEVC decode support. Which, as I mentioned, the A10-7800 can also do. If you want decent soccer gaming on a discrete video card, you do want one with a fan.

But 6 true core maybe better. Whats h.265/hevc decode support give, my maximum need is 1080 hd like my tv and maximum internet speed i can get 10 miga

Keep in mind you don't have 6 true cores with a FX-6300, you have three modules each with two integer cores and one floating point core. Having more integer cores helps in some tasks but the FX-6300 is by no means a true 6 core CPU.

Not much right now. It's mainly being used for 4K right now, and you don't have 4K. But I'd be surprised if it doesn't migrate down to other resolutions relatively quickly. It could save the companies streaming the video a lot on bandwidth bills, so I expect they'll want to drop h.264 as soon as they can.

But you need a halfway decent video card anyway for your soccer games.

Some thoughts:

You like small cases. Socket AM3 is old and hasn't received a lot of new products recently. Because of this, you'll find few micro ATX and virtually no ITX motherboards, resulting in your PC being a lot bigger than it needs to be. Socket FM2+ has a good selection of ITX motherboards, and 1150 an even better selection.

You're picking a low-end fanless GPU, which brings up your build cost. Integrated graphics would be a much better option for your needs, and AM3 is the only current socket that does not include good integrated graphics.

Intel CPUs draw a lot less power. You really wouldn't need more than maybe 150-200w for an i3 or i5-based system. Granted, your chosen power supply is already more than enough for your current CPU, but you can cut down on your costs both up-front (cheaper, smaller PSU) and over time (less electricity used).

Intel CPUs produce less heat, and therefore make less noise.

On the other hand, VMs are one of the few legitimate use-cases for AMD FX CPUs. They're relatively poor performers for most tasks, while also drawing a lot more power, but can actually be a decent value if you run several VMs. Even so, I'd say an FM2+ CPU is more suited to your needs.

Newegg has a number of mini-PCs that would be smaller, faster, and less expensive. This, for instance, is a full Intel quad core PC with Iris Pro graphics, and has both SSD and large storage drive, for $525. It would outclass your selected components in every way, sans total RAM (which is a cheap upgrade). An Intel quad is significantly faster than an AMD 6 core, and will run cooler, quieter, have faster graphics and be less expensive.

thank you but I want to try amd first and fx because my computer habits include opening many program at once many browser tabs and so on.
but which graphic card between saphire and msi for my build.
I read saphire better for amd and I also read it's better to have graphic card from sam motherboard manufacturer
