ok i kinda new at computers i wanna knoe if i get a case will any case work or does it matter cause i saw a case but i dont know if it will fit my parts

Most cases these days are standard ATX cases, which will fit all ATX motherboards (pretty much any mobo made in the past 5 years). Most ATX cases should also fit mATX (microATX) motherboards, but a mATX case won't fit a standard ATX motherboard. So, unless the case you want specifically indicates that it is a mATX case, then you probably have nothing to worry about.

I thuoght I read where new P4s need a different mobo tray that didn't come with older cases? might check it out if your buying a used(older) case and want to put in a P4.
