Need Help Selecting CPU Cooler

Building mATX PC using ThermalTake LANBOX Lite case. ThermalTake MaxOrb fit (barely) but I damaged the heatpipes so I need a replacement cooler for under $40 that is no taller than the MaxOrb. I'm looking for silence and do not plan to OC the CPU (Athlon II x3 440 95W AM3)
