Need help replacing mobo

I have an Asus A7N8X motherboard that blew up in a storm along with the powersupply. I am not sure about the CPU being bad, but it's a Barton 2500 333fsb chip.

I see only an epox on newegg that would work. I wouldn't mind upgrading the mobo and cpu to something new, but am kinda lost on what is out there. Would like to keep it as cheap as possible($200ish). Luckily I have PC3200 DDR 400 ram which looks like it's still fine. I would like a mobo with 4 slots but could handle only 2. I do have an AGP video card so I'd like to find a mobo that could hand that if possible.

Any suggestions?
