Hi, I live in London, Canada, and I have to send in my hydro aplication ASAP. ANyway the three methods of payment are:
Residential customers:
1. Will be billed in accordance with the Regulated Price Plan (RPP) established by the Ontario Energy Board;
2. Or you may choose to purchase electricity through a retailer offereing contract rates;
3. Or if you have an interval meter, you can pay for electricity based on actual wholesale market rates.
Which is best? Note: I'm renting. and I probably won't stay for more than a year, so no long term contracts. Thanks!!
