I made the mistake of trying to do business with Superbizz in an attempt to save a couple of bucks - never again - four days after I order they refuse to ship to my address. Long story short: I had ordered a Sapphire Radeon HD6950 2GB DDR5 from them - price looked decent.

That board is not in stock anywhere else I've looked (prefer dealing with the Egg)

Here's my build - it's all been shipped so now I'll be waiting on a GPU.

Case - Coolermaster HAF 912 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] -_-Product
CPU - i5 2500k - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] -_-Product
CPU Cooler – Thermaltake Frio - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835106150
Arctic Silver - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835100007
MoBo - ASRock P67 Extreme4 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813157229
Memory - G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB DDR3 1866 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820231460
GPU -
HDD - WD 1002 FBYS 1 TB 7200 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6822136313
SDD - OCZ Agility 2 90 GB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6820227604
PSU - Seasonic 850 HT - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817151100

I would really appreciate some advice on what to replace the GPU with. I play FSX - and otherwise live on my computer - vids, girls, Facebook, maybe a little porn,YouTube etc.

You can't just give them a different address that they will actually ship to? That would be easiest. Barring that, gtx 560 ti is probably the closest equivalent in price/performace. What resolution do you game at?

just get a 1GB RAM model...

The 6850 1GB are decently priced and widely available.

If you don't want to wait, frys electronics now price matches online stores.

I tried everything under the sun - the addresses in this town are totally screwed and won't GPS out - I tried to explain that to her but somewhere between my Texan Anglish and whatever the hell she was speaking we couldn't reach an understanding. Right now all I've got is 1600X900 . Hoping to end up with a multiple monitor (or maybe a LCD TV) setup for FSX.

Excuse my stupidity but is there a two card arrangement at a total of $300 or less that will out perform what I was originally trying to do?

I don't blame them. There is a HUGE amount of online ordering fraud that goes on.

Why do you want that particular card? I see two different Sapphire 6950 2GB cards in stock at Newegg.

I'd personally go with this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...x%206950%202gb

XFX HD-695X-CNFC Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

$244.99 After rebate is a good price for a great card. Very quiet and 2GB of ram will come in handy if you run your games at a high resolution with all the eye candy on.

Also i'd much rather have XFX's double lifetime warranty over Sapphire's warranty.

2GB for that resolution? Waste.

He said he is hoping to go multi-monitor and maybe hook up a LCD tv at some time. 2GB card is not a waste if he is planning multi-monitor eyefinity or even if he later buys a larger monitor and uses his current 1600x monitor as a secondary monitor.

Yes it is a waste for 1600x900.......but he said he wants to upgrade to multi-monitor or a LCD TV and most of those are all 1080P resolution.

And the $244 is right in his budget, so why not??

Possibly stupid question: Is the ship-to address you specified on file with your credit card company (bank, etc.)?
