Need help pls w/ diamond stealth s540 3 video card!

just bought a stealth 3 s540 agp video card 32 mb and everytime i install a game like nba live or rogue squadron and try to play them, there is a black screen for a second then will go back to windows. how can i possibly fix this problem?

hell no, just downloaded the new directx 7.0a and that did it. mo more problems tarantado. thanks anyways.
