Need help, please....

I have a little (luxury?) problem choosing between 2 motherboards I allready have laying around....
I am going to try overclocking a Celeron 800 (on a slotket) as much as possible and want a stable result.

The two boards i question are:
Abit BE6 II ver. 1.2, and MSI 6163 Ver.2

I think both boards are decent boards, but i want to pick the best/ most stable board for my #2 PC

I have owned both, and for overclocking and stability the Abit gets my vote. I had a 700cc0@1.1GHz running on one last year.

My vote goes to the Abit, as I have a Celery 1G running at 133fsb w/
no problems on a BX6 rev 2.
