Yeah I did read it, wrote it down and went into BIOS to mess with the settings, I upped the multiplier from stock x10 to x12 @2400mhz. And adjusted cpu-ltd (I THINK thats what it is) from 200.9 to 240, and left the cpu to bridge, and bridge to whatever both at 800mhz. I dont know much about my memory, other then its kingston 512 pc3200, and didnt mess with any of those ram features. But i ran prime and got an error, so lowered it to 2.2ghz.

Ran Prime for about an hour, and no errors, so started up a game (World of Warcraft) Superb LAG on my rig, and im runnin the 64 x2 with an ati 1800xt 512, so im like no way. Restored all my original settings in BIOS, and game worked. So I STILL don't know what I'm supposed to do. If you stayed and read this article, and post a reply, THANK YOU. Cuz I need some serious advice.
