Need help! please give me some advice

I bought a hp laptop, and i just realized i sent in the wrong upc code from the box.
I mailed the rebate using USPS certified mail this afternoon around postoffice closing time.

What are my options?
1, can i go back to post office first thing next morning and stop the mail (is that even possible)?
2, send in rebate again with correct box cutout.
3, call rebate center?

please help

Same thing happened to me with my Verizon cell phone. They sent me a letter ASAP telling how to rectify the situation and I sent the letter away the next day and all was well.

If I were you, I would call them and ask them the correct procedure so you don't get screwed over.

Absolutely. A reasonable mistake. Just explain everything.
