I have an Epox EP-8K7A+ motherboard with a 1.33Ghz Thunderbird. I currently have 256MB DDR PC2100 of memory. I would like to have a total of 1GB of RAM, but there are only two slots for memory. Does anyone know what the best memory i could get that will work with this motherboard (will it take PC2700?) and where is the cheapest place i could buy two 512MB DIMMS?

OK, now i'm really confused. I went to Crucial and looked up DDR PC2100 memory.

256MB - CL=2.5 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 2.5V ? 32Meg x 64
256MB - CL=2.5 ? Unbuffered ? ECC ? 2.5V ? 32Meg x 72
256MB - CL=2.5 ? Registered ? ECC ? 2.5V ? 32Meg x 72

Unbuffered? Registered? Parity? Non-parity?? Which one of these do i need???

You want this one.
256MB - CL=2.5 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 2.5V ? 32Meg x 64
I'm pretty sure. You don't need the ECC.

Like you said, the 8K7a+ only has 2 memory sockets. To get to 1GB, you'll have to remove whatever memory you have in there now and replace it with 2 512MB sticks. You want unbuffered, non-parity memory.
