AX-7 HSF w/Adj. Speed Fan
CHAINTECH 7VJL Mobo "Apogee" had some nice features and looks good :)

For a case I am still looking around, but will get some sort of aluminum case, only question is how much I wanna spend on a case.

Good choice on the AX-7... it's a great cooler.

if you are going the INTEL route, you may want to take a look at the ASUS P4B533-VM motherboard which is an mATX form factor board. It also has the correct multipliers to use PC2700 DDR. As for the CPU, a P4 2.26MHz chip would work great with this board.... the motherboard is about $110 and the CPU is about $240

You can check out toms review on this board, the ATX model came up top on his list of boards
