Need help picking parts for a quad core cruncher!

I plan on air cooling OC'ing this to 3.0 ghz. The main and only goal of this rig at this time is for distributed computing, so low cost is kinda important. Should be able to keep it under $600.

Also, the psu calculator suggested 580 watt psu, but will the one I chose be enough? I'd think that it would, since it wont really have any extras in it.

Actually, I would go for this Rosewill PSU:

Only 1 main 12V rail which is better for OC stability and less waste of 12V power.

I second the vote on the Tuniq Tower, great air cooler.

Not sure what to tell on the case....the one you have listed won't work with the TT?

I'm not sure if it will or not, and cant find the info online. If it does, then it'd be exactly what I want.

Well, listed width for that case is 8 inches. Height of the TT with the fan is 7 inches. Not too much wiggle room there, but it should work. Personally, I'd look around for a slightly wider case.

OK, according to Newegg, the Ultra 120 is 160.5mm tall. In google, plug in "160.5mm to inches" 160.5mm to inches, and you get 6.3 inches, which is 7.5mm taller than the TT, so yes it should just fit.

Edit because the forum butchered my google link.
Edit2 because my 1 month old has me sleep deprived....

You're right, I was a dummy and added another 25mm on top for the fan, forgetting that the fan doesn't go on top of the TT.😱

Either way, my friend is building the pc and has a dremmel and can mod the door if need be to fit. 😛
