I am trying to build a computer and keep the price in the $400 - $500 range. All I need is the core components ( MB, HD, Memory, Case, Video Card ) I am going to use the computer for mostly video editing ( digital camcorder to DVD ) and Photoshop. I don;t do much gaming. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What CPU will you be using since that isn't a core component to you.
