Complaint Package
1.Think about the last time that you paid for a poor product or service 2. Using the four
keys to effective writing as well as the seven steps of the writing process discussed in
class, write a complaint letter (using appropriate letter format) 3. On the designated peer
review/draft day you must bring two (2) TYPED copies of your draft with you to class.
Your reviewer will look over your draft and suggest changes. Furthermore, you will give
one copy of your complaint letter to the reviewer 4. Based on the feedback received from
your reviewer you must a. revise your complaint letter b. assume the role of the company
representative who received the complaint letter and write an adjustment letter
responding to your reviewer's complaint letter. 5. Your package must also include a
memo (in proper format) addressed to your immediate supervisor explaining the decision
you made in regards to your response to the reviewer's complaint letter. 6. Your
completed package should include the following items: original complaint letter (properly
endorsed by the reviewer), revised complaint letter, adjustment letter, memo


What would be something good to complain about
 
like if i chose fedex or ups, what would be a good problem to bitch about. And what would be some key points to put in there.
