ok. heres what im gonna get.

P4 2.66B
512 mb ddr ram
Lian-li PC-65b
Enermax Whisper 460W power supply Dual Fan
MAXTOR 40Gb 7200RPM
Liteon 52x24x52x CDRW
ATI Radeon 9700PRO
Panasonic floppy
anyways, im not gonna overclock too much. i have never oc'd before and if i can get a little bit out of this chip then i will. but i dont want to 'extreme ocerclock" or anything. i need a fairly cheap mobo that would be good. thanx

 
Newegg has the albatron px845 pev pro for only $85 shipped that might work well for you. Some are able to run their cpus at 166 fsb with this board. Be sure to get pc2700 or pc3200 ddram. Fry's has 512 megs of pc2700 ddram for only $79 this weekend. Other good boards are the gigabyte 8sg667 (sis 648) or msi 648 max-L ($79 shipped newegg).
