need help on keeping my programs menu expanded

when i click on start then programs, the programs menu are always compressed to the programs that i use the most, i find it annoying to have to click on the double arrows to expand the menu, can someone tell me how to keep it expanded plz thanks. oh im using windows xp pro
 
I do not know the answer but with an attitude like that no one has to help you. This is not in the right forum anyways.
 
Wow, the little prick got pissed because he waited 8 minutes and didn't get a reply. Not to mention he posted in the wrong forum.
