I have Gigabyte GA-7VRXP w/ XP1800b.

This mobo seems to only have up to 12.5X jumper setting.?????

Does anyone know the higher setting for clockmultiplier on this mobo?

thanks

Unless there's a bios update I think it only supports up to the 2000xp which is 12.5x133. Not sure about what happens if you select auto for the multiplier with a cpu faster than the 2000xp.

my xp1800 (11.5X133) oc to Xp2000 (12.5x133) w/out voltage increase.
Sad story is that I only got PC2100 RAM and I am sure this chip can go higher! 🙁

I looked at gigabyte's faq and it correctly recognizes the 2600xp with bios version F9 or later. Can you go into the bios and change the multiplier? With the jumper being set on auto.
