need help on good mems

i got these kind of brand in my place

KINGSTON 512MB (PC-3200/CL2.5)400MHz DDR SDRAM
SAMSUNG 512MB (PC-3200)400MHz DDR SDRAM
SMART 512MB (PC-3200)400MHz DDR SDRAM
TWINMOS 512MB (PC-3200) 400MHz DDR SDRAM

which one can hit 2.5-2-2-2 timings

btw they are all cheap mems about 110 bucks for 2X512

There is no ram that I know of that runs at 2.5-2-2-2.

I think he has forgot the tras value, started with cas latency and added a new memory timing! 😀

basicallu i know the 1,2,3 but the last is confused me
anyone wanna help me how to count the 4th ??

IF you are looking in that budget I believe None.
What processor are you running, or looking to buy? ( do you need 2-2-2-5 )
The best ram will only get you to 2-2-2-5 t1 @200 mhz that will be in the $250 for 2 X 512
