I've been pulling together products for a new gaming rig for the last month or so, and this is what I've got thus far:
Core 2 E6600
GeForce 7900 GTO
XFi XtremeMusic
Lian-Li V1200 Plus 2
OCZ GameXStream 700W
Dell 2407 Monitor
Logitech Z-5500
and likely a Tuniq Tower now that they are back in stock
Now, with the 680i chipset out, it makes me wonder if I should go ahead with the eVGA board and hope for bios updates, jump on a Striker Extreme despite their heat pipes supposedly not playing nice with my inverted ATX case, or just pick up a P5B to hold me over 'til either the 680i boards mature/drop in price or ATi shows its cards. Also, I could use some advice on what some good bang for the buck overclocking RAM for about $300. Any opinions?
