Sorry about the last post of mine. Fingers got a little punchy. So anyways, I am fixing to build a computer for the first time. I was wanting to know what would be a good case. Looking to build a P4 2.8. I havbe choosen a ASUS P4P800 MOBO. I was wanting at least 400watt pwr supply. I looked at a few Aspire cases on NEwegg. What is the best case for me?

Unless you have some special needs, it's hard to beat the Antec SLK3700AMB/ Compucase 6A19 series (6A19 is hard to find except at directron.com or coolcases.com ) for cooling and quiet. Another here has noted that an overly long video card may intrude on one of the HD positions, but that probably won't pose a problem for most - he needed to use all 5 HD bays!
. Coolcases has an excellent write-up on the 6A19 and sells them stock and very nicely premodded. Directron sells them as the bare case - fans, PSU etc. all a la carte. Most would never really need more than the standard HEC 300W PSU but you can get whatever you want at either site or separately from your favorite vendor. Read the review of th HEC (Heroichi) on Tom's Hardware (yes, I know, so don't tell me again).

You should edit the other duplicate post to say "delete me" or something like that.

Chieftec Dragon, Chieftec Matrix, Chenbro Spider, Powermax Demon ($39@Newegg), Aspire X-Dreamer ($48@Newegg), Enermax CS-10181 or 2, or PowerMax Blue Acrylic CPARC-1. Take your pick. They are all good cases.

I just put a system together with an Antec P160 case and added an antec trueblue 480 and a front mounted 120mm fan. I am extremely happy with this case. It is extremely easy to setup, with a removable motherboard tray, twist knobs on the side panel that double as fingerholds when removing. I have a P4P800 Deluxe with a P 2.6 @ 3.1 and the temps on the cpu are 79 idle and 90 load, although it is winter in Maine and the room temp is mid-60. Before installing the front fan my temps at load would still only get to 101-103. Without ovewrclock I would guess you would be able to run with just the rear fan and hook it up to the truepower fan molex to keep the fanspeed low. The case has plenty of room, although make sure that your front fan is not greater than 2" deep, as the front slot it fits into will not accept larger. check the case out here
