Here's my current setup:

Rig Name: Aureal Dragonite
AMD XP 1900+ (Unlocked) w/ Thermaltake A1254 Volcano 7+
EpoX 8k3a+
256 MB of OCZ PC3000 DDR w/ Copper Heatspreader
ATI AIW Radeon 8500DV
Maxtor 60GB (3 in RAID0)
Maxtor 30GB
Futura 17'
Lite-On 16x IDE DVD
Lite-On 24x10x40 IDE CDRW
AC97 Onboard Audio 6.1
Windows XP
Antec SOHO 1040B Case w/ Lian Li 400w PSU
4 Antec Case fans

I can't seem to OC this baby any higher than 1725Mhz, that's (12.5 x 138fsb). On review sits and stuff I see people ocing at least up to 1800Mhz, which would be GREAT fro me! ;) The only thing I can thinnk of is my ram, but I've heard that this OCZ ram can hit some high fsb settings also. Not to mention the fact that it's PC3000. The only way I could get this ram to OC to what it is now is to set it to NORMAL in the bios settings and Async it to the clock (133 speed instead of 166).

What I'm asking is... if there's any hints, tips, or tricks I can do to get this baby up to 1800Mhz or higher stable! :D I'd appreciate ANY comments or suggestions anyone may have!

Thanks,
BarMan

I added my case and psu info up there, as fas as the vcore goes I've put it up to 1.85 but it doesn't help at all cause it runs fine at 1.75. Same with ram voltage, it's at stock 2.5v and no help when pumping it to 2.8v.

How about lowering your multiplyer and raising your fsb? You could use the default 12 x 150 and get 1800 or you could try even lower and raise the fsb higher.

I'm thinking of trying that... seems I won't be able to get much clock speed out of the cpu so I guess I'll have to stick with 1600-1733 or so

hmm, I got my pc running at 1725 (11.5 x 150) but it wasn't stable enough.
Apparently my 1900+ is still in someway 'locked' considering the lowest multiplier I could use was 11 and the highest was 12.5. After alot of voltage tweaks and mem tweaks I still couldn't get a good FSB speed with the multiplier I used. Seems as if my FSB won't hit over 150 ever, and in some cases won't even reach 140. Personally I think it's this ram... I might switch to some Corsair, sucks I'm broke right now.
