Need Help OCing on the ASRock Mobo...

I also dont understand what each of the ram timing things means. I have corsair value ram (1gig sticks) that run at 3-4-4-8 but I dont know what each one stands for in the BIOS. Additionally I dont know how to change my FSB and what not. Someone help me out! I have the updated ASRock bios installed not one of the beta ones.

I'm hesitant to install one of those beta BIOS because I want stability and only a mild overclock of sorts.

I'm looking to hit 2.160GHZ via 9x210 5:6, 166, DDR 333. and a 4x240 HT = 960

currently under CPU-Z it shows my HTT as being 200. Is this wrong What do I do to fix it and get to stock normally. I dont really understand that guide as I dont understand which of the ram settings corresponds with which number...
