Need help: Nero question: How do I backup .doc file with non-english file name?

I have bunch of .doc files which is typed in Chinese. Even the file name is in Chinese.

I was not able to make a backup copy of them because nero said something like the file name is not supported...

Is here a way to get around it?

or any other software that allow me to backup the .doc file?

I have the latest nero 5.5.9.14...
