Depends...AFA the 4x4 versions go, they are nearly indestructable b/c they are so light. They flip over easily on the trail, but it only takes two or three guys to flip it back over! They are so small that they literally fit almost anywhere...even where Jeep Wranglers can't go. They respond well to modifications and parts are cheap.

Going under the opposite assumption that Shankroid has no idea what 4x4 means...he wrapped HIS Samurai around a light pole and needs parts. 😛
 
damn..i think i need me one of those too. i've seen them offroad in person and they do great out in the desert...
 
Yep Im gonna cut it up put some lower gears, bigger tires and make a rock crawler out of it.
They are actually a pretty capable off road vehicle.
