Need help looking for a Mobo

I'm looking for something that can overclock really well and is slot 1. Also i need something to fit up to 6 IDE devices. Or maybe get an adapter card. Who else makes those besides Highpoint and promise? Also i need at least 6 PCI slots that are bus mastered and stuff (if thats possible). Are there any 815 boards that are slot 1?
 
Abit just announced a slot-1 i815 board. They did not say when it would be out in quantity though. So until then, you can get another Intel BX based mobo or a Via slot-1 mobo.
 
Byte: Go with either MSI BX Master(BX board, it has everything you need), or Asus P3V4X(doesnt have extra IDE controllers though, but has 6 PCIs).
