do i need to take that 4 rubber thing on top of my cpu? and i got this with a fic AZ-11 and when i put all together jumpers are all set as what the manual is telling i dont get any video or boot on my floppy so i tried to take all IDE, Floppy connection no beep or anything? help me so i could overclock my cpu cant wait....... i didnt mention even if i put different mobo and cpu on that case still wont work..... is it my p/supply is busted
 
No, you don't need to take off the rubber feet.. If you feel as though the Alpha isn't pushing down hard enough, bend the metal clamps so it will.
 
Probably the PSU is burned, but before ceck the voltage switch to be on 115 and not 130 W.
 
To test if your PSU is dead or not, plug it into the wall, then take a paperclip and bend it and touch the green wire on the plug that goes into the motherboard to any black wire on the plug. if the fan comes on, it should be ok. just don't mess with the internals of the PSU or the AC plug, as that can hurt very badly.

you may just not be getting it plugged into the motherboard all the way. I've spent 30 minutes frustrated and cussing and I just didn't have that in securely 🙂
