Need help installing Raid On Tweaker

I just downloaded Raid On Tweaker and can't figure out how to install it. Laugh all you want,just give me a clue. I've unzipped it,but don't see an install file. And I did not see anything on the site where I got it on how to. I just got and installed my new LE and did not use the red disk that came with it. If that makes any difference.
 
It doesn't need to be installed. Just make a shortcut to the file "tweaker.exe" in whatever folder you placed it in.
 
Is there a site that gives step by step instructions on getting tweaker to work? When I click on tweaker exe I get the message(No appropriate base directory found in registry) Do I need to place tweaker in a specific directory?
 
Nope, just go to your Display Properties / Settings / Advanced / OpenGL. Change any item, change it back (in other words, leave the settings the same way you found them). Hit Apply all the way through.

Run Raid-On Tweaker.
