Need Help in purchasing a digital police scanner

There's a forums somewhere that is dedicated to the listing of local police/emergency bands nationwide... they even list my university... but it's all analog though... if I though i'd still have to put up with these cops in a few months, id be setting one up too...

All of my local cops and all of the State Highway Patrol are on digital. Probably alot more going to digital soon.
