My system specs

600W PSU
GTX 650ti
2 Internal sata hard drives
20 inch LCD monitor
Creative 2.1 Speaker

Can anyone please tell me the power rating of the UPS that i need in V/Watts .. i just need UPS to shutdown the system when power goes off.. i have a standard 1KV UPS, it was working well at beginning.. i replaced battery once and for few days it just gets immediately off when power goes out.. am feared if it may damage my PC..

Also please give me some advice on correct usage of UPS.. In the sense can I keep my system on always , can I keep the power to UPS on always like that..

What VA to get depends on AlC load. Of course, PSUs are rated in DC output, so to figure out AC load you would have to know the PSU's efficiency at 100% and power factor.

For whatever reason, you didn't list the kind of PSU you have, but assuming it has poor efficiency and no PFC, you'd still be fine with a 700VA UPS.

CP1350AVRLCD and you're golden

Get it at CostCo for less than $100.

As far as PFC compatibility, there's a lot of argument there. Worst case you have to replace the batteries in your UPS in five years which would not be a bad idea anyway. Don't know that I would ever spend the $$$ for Pure SineWave unless I had some special equipment that demanded it.

No, the worst case is that it won't work with your psu and cause instability. This happened to me. I bought an APC UPS for my media server, and I got BSODs and other error messages, freezing and general instability from what used to be a very stable system. I searched online and then read about how some active PFC power supplies had issues with stepped sine wave power. Ended up buying a Cyberpower pure sine wave UPS and all those issues went away. Now, you might be lucky and your PSU may be compatible with a stepped sine wave power supply, so if you can buy it from a place with a good return policy then it might be worth trying. Otherwise I would recommend a true sine wave UPS.
