I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit edition pre installed in SSD. Yesterday I tried to install Windows XP Professional 32 bit Edition in HDD.

What happened in that process

(1) Went to UEFI BIOS and set boot priority to DVD drive.
(2) Inserted the XP CD and did a system restart.
(3) System was booting from DVD drive. All the XP drivers were loaded up.
(4) Windows set up was just about to get started and suddenly a blue screen appeared with fatal error.

I don't know what went wrong. XP CD is absolutely perfect. I have used the same CD numerous of times. Please help me.

Now one thing that should be mentioned before anything else.
If you install xp after win7 it will over write the win7 boot info and will not add it to the windows boot list, while you still can install xp after win7, you would then have to repair the win7 boot information and add the xp to the windows boot list.

the other way of doing it is, if xp is being installed on a 2nd hard drive, is to disconnect all drives and install xp and then use the motherboard boot selection to chose which drive to boot from.

Now with that out of the way.

the most common reason why xp will bluescreen on setup is because it does not have the hard drive controller drivers pre-installed for the newer controllers.

now assuming you are using an intel chipset you would need to download
f6flpy-x86.zip from intel

you would now need to slipstream the drivers into the cd and create a new bootable cd.
the easiest way is to use nlite from here

I don't have any specific info for you about your issue but have you tried to run it in a VM? Dual booting (for me anyways) is for the birds. Much easier to troubleshoot and test a new OS running in a VM.

VMplayer is free for non-commercial use btw.

When you first boot and tap the F(?) key to access the BIOS boot menu (not the F(?) key to enter the BIOS setup) your CDROM should show two boot selections; UEFI boot and AHCI boot. XP needs to be installed with the CDROM booted in AHCI mode, in order to create a MBR partition table, because XP doesn't understand GPT (UEFI). See option two: How to Setup a Dual Boot Installation with Windows 7 and XP
