I have an etheral sword. It says that it cannot be repaired.

The durability is 0 out of 17.

How do I fix it??

Etheral Items can't ever be repaird. No way to fix it.

I usually don't even pick them up from the groudn.. or if I do it is only to sell them.
 
I thought you can use the zod thingy if your sword is socketed and it can be fixed.

I just read that in the strategy guide right now.

Yea, that zod rune is difficult to find and very expensive to trade, well it was(haven't been playing alot lately)
