Someone recently offered me a stix of 128mb pc-100 micron RAM for 90$
the model is MT16LSDT1664AG-10EC7
please let me know if this is good ram

It looks like:

Micron 16X64 (128MB)
Unbuffered SDRAM
100MHz.CAS2
125MHz.CAS3
-10E means 8ns.

Yes, Micron memory is high quality stuff. You will have no problems running that memory at least up to 125mhz, probably more. This would mean that with your celeron, you will be fine. Go for it.
