need help identifying mem module

i found a memory module and i dont know what brand it is or any thing i've already done a google search and not much came up I know its a 512mb and its pc3200 and bothsides of the module have chips on them the read "SAMSUNG 516 K4H560838D-TCCC VCH650CC KOREA" it doesnt have any other identifying marks besids the two warranty void if removed stickers when i saw tccc i thought it might be like tccd chips but maybe not any help or suggestions would be gratefull

Reply looking looks like som samsung value mem propably capable of 220 - 240 fsb with a bit of voltage and relaxed timings not musch more the second set number is just a part identifier these chips have been used by other companies vlue 3200 modules like hynix, corsair, patriot, etc.... bout all i know bout em cld probably google for a little more nfo
