Need Help Identifying (Dead) Bird :(

I opened my front door this afternoon to bring in some packages, and I saw this bird outside my door. I'm not sure how it died, but it was kinda sad to see it there... had to dispose of it and clean the concrete after. Does anyone know what kind of bird it is?

I'm thinking either a cat (plenty of strays around) or another bird got to it.

I heard woodpeckers around here plenty of times, but never actually saw one. I hope he wasn't the only one 🙁

I wasn't trying particularly hard to keep steady, but it's mostly the fault of the camera on my phone (Dell Venue Pro).
I love the phone, but the camera isn't the greatest.
