Need help identifying an actor...

Ok...don't have much to go on but we have a guy at my office that looks just like him and I can't think of a movie he has been in but I can see his face. He looks like Kyle MacLachlan and plays a lot of supporting roles. Think he wears glasses but not positive. Someone else suggested Ron Livingston but it's not him. I know this isn't a lot to go on but it's driving me crazy and I knew ATOT would come through for me!
