Well lets see, its a 16bit ISA(EISA) card, it has 3 main chips, all identical, they read:

STARTECH
ST16C552CJ
F9537

The card has no internal connectors, but has 6 RJ-45 jacks on the back of it.

This card is very mysterious. If anyone has any ideas what it is, I would like to know so I may maybe use it.

If anyone is curious, I pull it from a old server that was sporting a 486 DX2, 16 megs of 30 pin SIMMS, ALL EISA slots, and 2 of those had VLB extensions. Thing is about the size of a large pizza box.

Yep, it's a 6-port serial card or a 6-port modem. That Startech chip was used in both.
