Need help identifing some stuff

I tried posting this in the tech support section but got no responses.

I have an BE6 and just updated the bios. Now there is an high point controler option screen. I can choose the folowing things for my hd. Can anyone tell me the difference?

UDMA 0, 1, 2
MWDMA 0,1,2
PIO 0,1,2,3,4

Not sure if this one is right but UDMA 4 is ultra ata 66 so if I am not mistaken UDMA 2 is ata 33. PIO is usually fo non hdd like zip drive. Sorry if I am wrong but I think I hit the base.
