19, huh... it may be too late... if you really want to know, consult a doctor, an xray of your hand would tell if you could grow anymore... probably not though... but if that chance in hell does happen, the doctor can prescribe some hormones.

wait, wait...lets clear something up first in case everyone is getting this same misconception. I'm not wanting to be taller because I'm trying to find a girl, but I wanna be taller because all/most of my friends are significantly taller than me. I know 5'7" isn't that bad, but it sucks being the smallest one when you go out with your friends.

How much do those hormone things actually cost though? Will hanging upside down on a pull-up bar help use gravity to my advantage? seriously tho, will that help even an inch?

Max... growth hormone... ccost is about $1,000 per month or so & it has to be taken by injection, like insulin. It would be very very unusual to give it to someone 19... needs to be started age 13 to 14 or so at the latest. this is because it takes time to grow.

The very small % ( well less than 1% ) of guys that grow late are from families that have that known trait... they are usually very tall 6'3" to 6' 5" plus range,... with tall women in the family too..

Grow taller? Speaking of which... being short, for me, is pretty good. Short girls don't have to worry about being taller than guys...

you can always have your leg bones surgically stretched. only will cost $100,000 bucks & take a couple of years out of your life.

I suggest moving to a country where everyone is short.
