Need help guys/gals

Wait another couple days and give a call again and ask to speak with the boss. And then ask him/her if he had a chance to look over your application.

I would call tomorrow or Wednesday. If you followed up on Friday and the mgr had not reviewed the app, he should have by now. More than likely, he worked over the weekend, too, so he had Sat, Sun, Mon to review it.

It probably would not hurt to visit in person, if you want.

okay haha... almost two weeks now... i called friday and asked if the manager took a look at them yet... and the guy said that she hasnt ..
Is that another way to say i didnt get the job?
What should i do next?

Go in person and ask to speak to the manager.

The first job I really earned by myself (at Eckerds--now Walgreens), I got by showing up dressed business casual to talk to manager..the regional manager happend to be there, and he said "Dax (manager's name), he's wearing shoes, hire him"

So yeah, I would recommend you actually physically go by the Starbucks at time when you think they will not be busy, and the head manager will be there, and ask him if he has a minute to talk..again shows initiative and interest

haha nope no call back... i called like three times and they told me they haven't looked at it...
.. DAM IT... Well I am going to try my luck at Jamba Juice... ... Thanks for all the peeps who helped me out

I just visited the starbucks today ... seems like there were a couple of new employees ... All way older than me, i guess they wanted experience...
