1.4-1.45v is very high IMHO, I would not go past 1.31-1.35 for 24/7 use.
1.40 VTT is also pretty high (eqv of +300 for me). Intel states the max should never go past 1.35V, but they also say never to overclock, so take that for what it is worth. You shouldn't need that much VTT for running the ram at 1200MHz. I would be surprised if you needed more then 1.20-1.25 at the most.
I would reduce the overclock if I were you to maybe 3.6ish area (19x190). Among the other things I mentioned, 78C at load isn't ideal either (I'm at 62-63C @ load on the highest temp core).
remember the avg overclocks on air vary from 3.4-3.8 (safe 24/7 overclocks). Some chips are just better overclockers... what batch is your chip? How long have you had it? Have you burned it in at all?
