Need help getting CS to work.

I haven't played CS in a while. I downloaded the updates hl1108 and csv13full. When I try to connect to servers, I get:

Server is enforcing file consistency for sprites/bottom2.spr
or
Server is enforcing file consistency for sprites/right3.spr

I tried changing back to the old video card drivers but still dont work.
I'm using WinXP and GF2 GTS. I have gotten this system to play CS with no problems before.
How do I fix this?
