need help getting contact info from troll

I was recently troll'd and don't have much hope left. I have the trolls name, address, and an IP address from a Yahoo e-mail address. Is there anything I can do with this info to be able to get a phone number or anything else out to help me get my money back and get some legal action? The USPS are slow at getting back to me and I don't have a whole lot of hope from them. The local police won't handle the case either.

We setup a trade: my ps2 memory + ps2 games +$240 money order for his xbox + games. I have a DC # confirming that the MO was delivered and a confirmation from my bank that the MO was deposited. The trade was initially supposed to happen on the 21st of June. I lost all communications w/ him after I sent him an e-mail with the DC number in

edit 4:

well I just got the copy of the MO from my bank. It seems that whoever cashed the check forged the name. The MO was original wirtten out to "F.M.". The troll, or maybe his mom, changed it to say "S.M.". The lady from the bank has to check with their department to see if they can can file a case of money fraud becuase of this.

I've been in contact w/ Big C, but he didn't have any other suggestions. I tried contacting my atourney general, but have not gotten anything back from them.

He is located in Chula Vista, CA. I've already got one member, helpme, going over to his place to see whats up. If anybody else is in the area and can "assist" helpme, that'd be really great.

I'm not a trader or troll expert but I did a reverse address search on the address you provided (without the #27 suffix) and found 16 matches which are probably neighbors of #27 ... perhaps you could contact one of them? It's something, hope it helps.

One of the troll hunters did a bit searching on the net and found the # of the apartment building. I will try contacting it in the morning. Hopefully the apartment is in his name and he has a phone.

I might try to head down today (saturday) to check it out. If not, possibly sunday to see what's going on (and if there even exists a place there).
